Laura Warf is the founder and president of LauraLifestyles holistic wellness and InspirAction health & fitness solutions. She is an established fitness, yoga and mind-body specialist and life balance coach whose passion lies in guiding others on a journey of self discovery, personal development and helping people realize their personal objectives to live up to their fullest potential.
She lives and works in St. Sauveur, Quebec, Canada and is often found travelling across Canada and the United States offering workshops, retreats, and teaching at conferences.
Laura is now the Lifestyle Manager for Lolë a Montreal based company specializing in active wear inspired by well-being. Lolë creates technical, versatile, feminine fashion apparel for active urban women distributed across North America. Lolë promotes well-being through a fun, healthy lifestyle with the objective of inspiring other women to move, live and laugh out loud everyday.
She currently sits on the advisory panel of the AFPA (American Fitness Professionals Association), and canfitpro (Canadian Association of Fitness Professionals). She is the recipient of the canfitpro Presenter of the Year award (2005). Laura is a member of the Academy of Naturopaths and Naturotherapists (A.N.N.) thereby offering insurance receipts for her services.
Laura’s strength as an educator and her dynamic personal presentation style has made her popular as an international presenter and as a leader in mind-body conditioning within the fitness industry. She is the creator and author of the canfitpro Mind Body Specialist (MBS) certification program. She continues to share her knowledge and passion for yoga through regular weekly classes and teacher training programs.
With 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge into all her interactions with individual clients to help find the best solution for their health & fitness related needs.

Her background and vast experience lies in personal training, post- injury rehabilitation conditioning, teaching yoga through the Krishnamacharya lineage and Kripalu style, leading group cycling classes, program coordinating and fitness club management. She is the former editor for Beyond Fitness magazine and continues to share her expertise as a contributor to various publications.
Her favourite past times are spending quality time with family and friends, road biking, hiking and being at the lake in the summer time, alpine skiing & snow shoeing in the winter months. What motivates Laura the most is to remain a student of life, network with inspired leaders, research new methods, and create new projects which allow her to continually grow and evolve. Staying true to her yoga and meditation practice is what keeps her grounded and allows her heart to be clear.
